These terms apply when a parent or family uses Mission Minis, which is operated by Applepie Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 77 160 553 435). By using the app, the parent or guardian responsible for the device agrees to them.

Parent-managed service

Mission Minis is a family routine, reward and learning support tool. A parent or guardian is responsible for setting timers, routines, rewards, star values, child profiles and device access, and for supervising children while they use the app.

Health, safety and learning

Mission Minis does not provide medical, dental, psychological, behavioural or professional educational advice. Timers and prompts are general tools only. Parents must choose settings appropriate for their child and follow advice from qualified professionals where needed.

A timer ending must never override a child's safety, health or care needs. Rewards and star adjustments are agreements within the family and have no cash value.

Family Plus purchases

Family Plus is purchased through Apple or Google. The store purchase screen shows the current price, billing period and any trial before confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through the store account settings before renewal.

Restore Purchases can reactivate an eligible purchase made with the same store account. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store's rules.

Local data and availability

Most Mission Minis data is kept on the device and is not backed up to a Mission Minis account. Removing the app, resetting its data, losing the device or a device failure may permanently remove profiles and progress. Parents are responsible for preserving any information they need.

Features may change as the app improves. Reasonable care is taken to provide a reliable experience, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Acceptable use

The app may be used only for lawful personal or family purposes. Users must not attempt to bypass paid access, interfere with app security, reverse engineer protected services, or use the app to harm, exploit or publicly identify a child.

Intellectual property

Mission Minis software, visual design, characters, audio and included content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms provide a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app, not ownership of its content.

These terms are governed by the laws applying in Queensland, Australia, subject to any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
